Dear Istanbul Community,
I noted the discussion with regard to the behaviour of a particular member, however, I did feel it was not appropriate to leave this up in the forum for general consumption.
Please use the official channels through the "report abuse" button, and of course feel free to contact any of the ambassadors directly.
The particular point you raised has been communicated to HQ and the local ambassador team will consult with them on the outcomes.
