Best hotel in Istanbul for client seminars?

I am organising some trainings on the new commercial code for clients and potential clients and wondered what peoples oppinions are on the best hotel to use?
It needs to be fairly prestigious, perhaps with a good Bosphorus view, and cater for a series of seminars for maybe Protected content each day.
