big size shoes for ladies (Istanbul)

My shoes size is 11/41.5 where İ can buy such big shoes for ladies, İ found some shops but their products looked very bad and not modern or stylish at all. İ used to order from USA but it takes so long time and plus shipping fee. May be İ am not the one here with such problem. Any ideas? name of a shop?
