Bikram Yoga Istanbul opens it doors in Etiler!

Merhaba everybody!:)

For all of you who love yoga and are looking to get in shape,
BIKRAM YOGA ISTANBUL opened its doors in Etiler!

Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute-session with 26 postures and two breathing excercises in a room of Protected content (40 Celcius). This yoga has a deep transformational effect on the body and mind, gaining more strength, balance and flexibility, focus and concentration.

Please be welcome!! Our classes are both in Turkish and English.
