DJ Blend Mishkin coming over from neighbors, to steam up Istanbul for one night.

We are familiar to our neighbor’s delicious olive oil and fantastic islands. This time we meet Blend Mishkin from Athens who will warm up and fill our bodies with party and joy with his blend of Dub, Reggae, Funk, Hip-hop and other styles.

Besides his DJ works in Europe, Mishkin played with numerous outstanding names such as DJ Spooky, Wax Tailor, Hot 8 Brass Band. Also hosted Bonobo, Quantic, Dj Shepdog ve Jon Kennedy in Athens and shared their rythms. He went over boundaries and visited a lot of countries with his tour starting from Athens and leading to London. Besides his own label Cast-a Blac, he had releases from Rebtuz and Bsrtd Boots. Especially by his release Gamm, his music reached a lot of people.

During Chill Out festival Protected content , we could have seen Palov & Mishkin on stage, but because of the transport strike, we only could see Palov. And now it’s time see Mishkin.

Komşu’dan DJ Blend Mishkin tek bir gece İstanbulluları eğlendirmek için geliyor.
Kapı komşumuzun zeytinyağı ve güzel adalarını biliriz..Ve şimdi Dub, Reggae, Funk, Hiphop ve daha bircok türü harmanlayarak içimizi ısıtacak ve eğlenceye doyuracak Atina çıkışlı DJ ve Yapımcı Blend Mishkin ile tanışıyoruz.
Blend Mishkin, Sumo Cat Hostel katkilariyla 3 Haziran Cumartesi Gecesi P…ixie Underground’da İstanbul ile buluşuyor.
Mishkin’in Avrupa çapında yaptığı DJ’lik faaliyetlerinin yanı sıra DJ Spooky, Wax Tailor, Hot 8 Brass Band ve bircok onemli isim ile birlikte muzik yapti. Ayrica Bonobo, Quantic, Dj Shepdog ve Jon Kennedy’e Atina’da evsahipliği yaparak ortak ritimleri paylaştılar. Sınırları aştı ülke ülke gezdi, Yunanistan’dan başlayan ve Londra’ya kadar uzanan bir tura imza attı.Kendi plak şirketi Cast-a Blast harici Rebtuz ve Bstrd Boots gibi saygın plak şirketlerinden yayımları oldu. Özellikle Protected content Gamm yayımı geniş kitleler tarafından bilinirliğini arttırdı.

Protected content gerçekleşen Chill out Festivali’nde Palov & Mishkin ortaklığında sahne alacaklardı ancak, ulaşım grevleri nedeniyle sadece Palov’u dinleyebilmiştik. İşte sıra Mishkin’i dinlemeye geldi.
