Cheap Gym in Kadikoy? (Istanbul)

Hi everyone. I'm new to town and looking for a cheap no frills gym on the Asian side. I'm not so interested in saunas, classes, and spa treatments. Just some free weights and maybe a treadmill and basic cardio equipment, without a long-term contract. Any suggestions welcomed :)
