Criminal lawyer please (Istanbul)

Its unfortunte a thread of this nature requires urgent attention in order to assist my friends case. Without giving too much away due to the sensitivity of the issues involved - she was attacked. Due to the language barrier there were a number of indiscrepancies in her statement which has resulted in an adverse decision.

The obvious choice being the Istanbul Bar, but they seemed to be more interested on her getting to know her rather than focusing on her case.
Due to her limited funds she strongly welcomes an English/Arabic speaking lawyer from the Bar or someone willing to fight her case who wouldn't be charging an excessive amount of money.
Any recommendations?
