Join us for the First Culinary Sunday as we explore one of the most exciting Istanbul markets in Kadıköy, create flavors inspired by Turkish, Mediterranean and North African cuisines and then savor the cooked lunch with excellent Turkish wines. Great company, wonderful food, yummy learnings and fun time guaranteed!


Fresh broad beans with garlic, walnuts and yogurt
Artichokes stuffed with spicy bulgur and herbs

Seasonal fish in the delicate marinade of red onions, tomatoes and herbs

Almond milk pudding with rosewater syrup and fresh mint

Meeting time and venue: 10:00 am at the entrance to Kadiköy İskelesi (IDO service to Eminönü and Karaköy)
Cooking venue: Fully-equipped kitchen at a restaurant near Kadiköy Market
Program duration: 5 hours.
