Dining Experience (Istanbul)

Hi everyone. I wanted to share the awful food and service experience at Kirinti Bebek. Meat was burnt (ordered medium), asked for mashed potato - got fries, we had to ask 8 times to get dressing for the salad. They charged extra fee for the half inch size butter (they didn't mention it would be extra when we were ordering). Waiters didn't know what was in their own menu. They were illiterate about the ingredients, side dishes and wine. Manager had this attitude and treated us like we were low class and never eaten out. He got nervous, his body language changed and therefore we paid and left since we were surrounded by a few other male employees. Just wanted to let you people know if you are considering to go.
