Donations for VAN earthquake victims (Istanbul)

Hi everyone,,

For those who want to easily donate funds to the Van earthquake victims, can send a blank message (if you can't send it blank - I couldn't so I wrote Van) to Protected content their cell phone. Also, if you want to make personal donations, according to the latest TV reports, the items most needed are warm clothing, blankets, socks, shoes, boots, etc... and
if you want to send food - it should be pre-cooked items...like pre-cooked canned goods, or anything that can easily be consumed... single serving cakes (Eti, Ülker), cookies, salty treats, milk, baby food, etc.

You can send these goods

1) via the Municipality of Şişli (Tel: Protected content truck will be departing at 6:00pm tonight to deliver these goods.

2) Also, you can send your care packages via the following courier companies for free:

MNG Kargo
Yurtiçi Kargo
PTT
Aras Kargo

But before you go to one of these branches, make sure that that branch is accepting free packages. Apparently, some of their franchises might not be yet aware of this service.
