Dutch speaking babysitter/playmate (Istanbul)

We just moved from Belgium to Istanbul. We search for a Dutch speaking babysitter/playmate for our 2-years old son. We expect him/her to spend couple of hours on weekends just to practice Dutch by reading him books, playing with him, etc.
