Please be advised that, as of today, ECG will now be known as F&B Group Istanbul - F&BG for short. Our new profile (which should explain the why and wherefore of the name change):
"A group dedicated to good food and beverage encompassing the world's culinary fares that are found in Istanbul, whether offered in restaurants or in a private setting.
We aim to organize dining and tasting events at local venues that take great pride in serving impeccably prepared food using true ingredients, as well as well-chosen beverages (wines and liquors).
Discussions should focus on recommended gastronomic establishments, chefs, shops or suppliers that show a dedication to real food and ingredients."

Effective today, Margot Anderson will assume the vacated co-Moderator position of Angela Moore, who is leaving us with an indomitable organizational record. Going into our second year as an organization after a busy and successful first, I and the F&BG members welcome Margot's partnering leadership.
