English Speaking IN Events (Istanbul)

Hi Istanbul community. I'm thinking (and would like feedback) of holding an IN get-together, where you are only allowed to speak English. I was thinking of asking some volunteers to walk around the event with buckets, collecting 1 TL from everyone they caught speaking anything other than English. With the money we could donate it to charity.... what do you think ?
