English speaking schools in Istanbul

I will be moving to Istanbul this summer with my wife and two children ages 10 and 13. We would like them to attend an English speaking school for the first year or two until they are comfortable with the Turkish language. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced school in Istanbul?
Does Turkey allow home schooling?
What grade does high school go up to in Turkey?

Any help would be great.
