Ethnic Cuisine Group in Istanbul

One good thing leads to another in InterNations: as an immediate offshoot of the fab Singaporean dinner last night chez Kay & Maya, dedicated foodies like Angela Moore and myself have formed a group "for the celebration of authentic cuisines from around the world".

"You can discuss and recommend restaurants, chefs, shops or suppliers that show a dedication to real food and ingredients".

" We aim to organise meetings at venues around Istanbul that take great pride in cooking and serving ethnic regional foods using true ingredients."

As Angela rolls out the mat: “Welcome all food lovers! Join us and explore all the culinary delights Istanbul has to offer. From Artisanal to Zucchini we will sample all the best taste sensations this amazing city delivers.”
