We are an Iraqi electro-mechanical engineering, supply, construction and service group.

Our Istanbul office is looking for an Executive Assistant with responsibilities in the field of Marketing & Administrative/Finance.

- Experience in marketing
- Experience in administration
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Turkish and a third language (especially German) will be an asset
- Full computer literacy (knowledge of all MS Office Programs)
- Ability to work within flexible hours
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal relations and team skills
- Good command of archiving and reporting
- Must be able to travel as needed

Preferred Candidate:
Years of Experience: 3 years
Level of education: Bachelor’s (Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Gender: Female
Languages: Turkish (Native), English (Fluent), German is an asset

Job Description:
Main responsibilities for Administrative/Financial are:
- Providing administrative support to the General Manager
- Arranging travel schedule and reservations for GM and guests
- Creating invoices
- Following up company’s receivables and payables
- Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls and e- mails.
- Coordinating cargo transports

Main responsibilities for Marketing are:
- Developing client base
- Improving current network
- Increasing company exposure to Turkish market
- Meeting with potential customers
