Expats in Turkey - Research assistance required (Istanbul)

Hi all, I hope someone can help me please?

I am doing some consulting work for a company and I am wanting to know currently how many expats live in Turkey?

And, also the number of expats currently based in Istanbul please?

I haven't been able to find this from internet searches so any numbers or points in the right direction would be much appreciated!
