Fitness class for ladies. Anyone? (Istanbul)
Hello ladies! I have just arrived in Istanbul from Japan, where I taught dance for 8 years. I am thinking of creating a fitness class for ladies only, where you can feel comfortable working out and discussing whichever health issues are concerning you. My main dance style is Oriental dance (belly dance), but I studied Contemporary, Latin, Classical Indian, Butoh, Martial Arts, among other adventures:)! I am currently into Personal Training, so my proposal is a class that starts with a warm-up, goes into a cardio section(which will combine simple dance moves), and then onto localized exercises. We would need a yoga matt and, if possible, 2 light dumb bells. Looking foward to hearing from you!
