Due to a change in the legislation regarding foreign employment, the company that was planning to apply for a working permit for me is now no longer able to do so. I wanted to ask if anyone can help me with this subject, telling me which alternatives the company has to employ me.
Here are three proposed by the company itself: 1- You invoicing us as a consultant through a Turkish company/person 2- You invoicing us as a consultant through an Italian company/person 3- You working as AIESEC Intern
Does anyone know what the consequences of these forms of employment are? In particular regarding my health insurance, my retirement plan and my working/residence permit?
