Good hammam, live music in Istanbul?

Hello all,

I'm visiting Istanbul for a week with friends for a birthday, and we wanted to try out a characterful but not too expensive hammam. Any suggestions?
We're also looking to hear some live music and ideas of contemporary music to buy or listen to.
