Good nonexpensive gym near Osmanbey? Squash? (Istanbul)

Hello everyone!
I am looking for a quality Gym for normal fitness training near Osmanbey. We live 5 min on the Dolapdere side.
I have found several gyms in the malls, but they are really expensive. any good ideas?
If anyone know of a good squashclub, this would also be great:)
