Before we get all covered up in the coming cold weather, let’s enjoy another alfresco dining in style in the private terrace – all to ourselves! – of the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul right at the edge of the Bosphorus, with the lapping waves and the priceless view of the city’s Asian side keeping us company.

We’ll be starting this promisingly magical and memorable evening with complimentary cocktails sharply @7pm and then sitting down @8pm to a wine-paired all-seafood dinner as prepared by the latest creative young chef to hit our city, Luca de Astis.

Luca comes from an Alta Cucina background working in a few of Michelin-starred restaurants in Milan and, later, in equally impressive establishments in Spain.

He recently joined as Sous Chef the Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus where he has revised the menu to reflect his mediterranean roots and experiences And, since then, he has been packing the hotel’s Aqua restaurant with foodies who can’t get enough of his sumptuous takes on pasta and seafood.

In this dinner, he will verbally walk us through the sequence of the dishes and will entertain any questions about them.

The wine-paired menu (wines generously sponsored by SEVILEN, and those for a couple of dishes wines also generously provided by the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul) cost 140TL.
