Happy Clickers!! (Istanbul)

I have to say that I am so much disappointed to the fact that 70% (!!!!!!!!) of the attendees did not appear that night! how am I supposed to negociate with the venues when I talk about 48 attendees and only 17 come (just as an example) ???

this is not fair due to the efforts I spend to organize an event, especially competition events need preparing days before and I carry material with me (2kg potatoes for 1 game as an example) for what? 3 people finally arriving when 17 clicked on "attend"....
