health insurance msgs from Internations, legit? (Istanbul)

Hi
I've received a few emails regarding Health Insurance for expats that seem to have come via InterNations but the emails look a bit suspect, lot's of funny links etc. I doubt it is actually from Internations but just wanted to know if others have come across it and if it is legit?
