How to bring a filipina helper to Istanbul?

Dear all
does anybody has experience in bringing their helper (filippina) to Turkey from an other country ?
We currently life in Asia and we would like to bring our helper with us when we are going to move to Istanbul.
From the local Turkish embassy here we got diffusing information.
Thank you for any advice and tips.
