How to cancel Internations membership (Istanbul)

Dear fellow members,

A friend of mine is having difficulty cancelling her Internations membership. Her 3-month membership time has elapsed in October and now she is being asked to pay for another 3 months, which she can't afford.

She is currently having difficulty accessing her Internations account so can't downgrade from the Albatross membership level.

Does anyone know how to do this?
