How to find a hospice? (Istanbul)

Dear all,

Does any one know how to find a hospice or community which needs volunteers? My Turkish friends have no idea about it. My friend went to 5 public hospitals. It seemed none of the hospitals wanted such volunteers. When I was in China, it was quite easy as my mum works in the hospital.
I don't speak that much Turkish which might be a problem. But I am willing to learn if it's needed.

If anyone has a clue for this, please kindly tell me.
