How to get BBC 1&2??? (Istanbul)

Hi everybody,
Does anybody know how I can get BBC 1 and BBC 2 in Istanbul using a satellite dish? I used to get it on Astra 2 when I lived in Europe, but that would only work with a huge dish (3m or so) here in Turkey. I tried with Eutelsat 10° but after I set everything up I discovered that they are both encrypted :-(((. Does anybody have an idea how I can get around the encryption issue and start enjoying Lord Sugar, Jeremy Clarkson and co. once again??!! Thanks for any ideas :-)).
