ikamet extension online application (Istanbul)

Hi everyone, Today i tried to fill the online form for my Ikamet extension which will expire soon, the site is finally worked after some upgrading, but when I tried to insert my data based on my current Ikamet card I received the dialogue box "There is no residence permit registration which matches with your information and which can be extended. Please check your information and try again."

I called Protected content their assistance, and she suggested me to make new Ikamet application instead of extension application.

But couple hours later I tried to call them again just to make sure (after another attempts of filling the online application with different browser and still failed) and this time the guy said I just need to wait for another 2 days and keep trying until the expiry date of my Ikamet, because the system is still not ready yet.

Did anyone experience the same?
