Imported car (Istanbul)

Hello everyone,

I have some questions concerning imported car.

I have double nationalıty (Belgian and Turkish) and my father agree to bring my car (which is im Belgium) so I can drive it here.

My driving licence is Belgian.

I have read that only the person who bring the car in Turkey can drive it. All the papers (insurance, etc) are made in the name of my father.

Do someone can give me more informations? Would I be authorized to drive it here? Does someone is in the same situation?
