In Instanbul for the weekend: 30.11.-02.12.2012 (Istanbul)

Hey guys
,
due to a workshop I'm attending to End of November in Antalya, I will be visiting lovely Istanbul for the very first time, staying there for a couple of days/the weekend of 30.11.-02.12.2012.
I would appreciate any good advice or insider tipps on culture, bars & restos to look for- the less commercial or toursitic, the better - everything goes... !
And who's up for some drinks on those dates?
