Internations Istanbul Traveling, trek in Kıyıkoy

Internations Istanbul Traveling group is organising its 4th trekking trip to a very beautiful place where green and blue mixed together for travel junkies , 28.04.2012..The place is called Kıyıköy, formerly Midye, ancient/medieval Medea (Greek: Μήδεια), is a village in the district of Vize in Kırklareli Province at northwestern Turkey. It is situated on the coast of the Black Sea The town has a small beach. The area surrounding the town is covered by dense forests of mainly oak. Two streams, Kazandere and Pabuçdere, surround the town in the south and the north respectively. Flowing into the Black Sea, these streams are suitable for fishing, boating and swimming. The only naturally growing grove of black pine (Pinus nigra) in the European part Rumelia of Turkey is found at this site.
If you want to witness the wake up of nature in this paradise with a beautiful sea, river and see a Protected content old manastry of St.Nicholas on our way you are wellcome for this trek. Gurmes we did not forget you a big plate of catch of the day fish plate will be waiting for us at the best fish restaurant of the area.
We will be departing in front of Ataturk Kultur Merkezi at 9:00 and we will return back around 19:00
