IT Help required (Istanbul)

Hi,

Can someone please help me. I'm in SE Asia at the moment, and I usually live in Turkey.
When I access certain websites while I'm here in SE Asia, I still get a message saying

Ulaşmaya çalıştığınız internet sitesi İstanbul 30. Sulh Ceza Mahkemesi'nın 08.08. Protected content 2012/444 D.İş ve / sayılı kararı ile erişime engellenmiştir

I'm not accessing porn :) so even though I'm not in Turkey, why am I getting these messages...... ? Please help :)
