Kindergarten/Preschool (English-Russian) - Europe (Istanbul)

Hello All,

I've checked the form but I have not seen a new post about Kindergarten/Preschool (English-Russian).

My friend is looking for a preschool (English-Russian) in Europe side for her daughter who is 5 years old and she just speaks Russian.

Beşiktaş-Etiler or Şişli-Nişantaşı are ok with them.

Is there anybody who has offer?
