Learning Turkish & Hiring a driver (Istanbul)

Dear all,

I am moving to Istanbul from end of September and on eof my first priorities is to learn Turkish. Do you know where I can find private tutors or schools where I can learn Turkish?

Also as I am new to the city I would like to hire a driver so that I am able to commute to work for the first couple of months till I learn the roads...Do you know where I can find affordable drivers?

Any advice would be highly appreciated!!!
