Leather bag repair/hardware (Istanbul)

Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone knows where in istanbul I could have a strap repaired for my messenger bag. It's a leather bag with saddle style hardware and one of my snaps broke and I would like to have it repaired before I leave for some traveling. Needless to say, a google search for "saddle hardware istanbul" doesn't return anything. Would it be wiser to order the hardware items from the states (stainless steel snap/rivets) and find someone to do it here?
