Let's cook and enjoy Turkish cuisine together! :) (Istanbul)

Hello everyone,
We're planning to start Turkish cuisine courses as Sunday activity in our restaurant, YEDİTEPE MUTFAK at Dikilitaş, Beşiktaş (you can visit our page on Facebook for the images:)) My fiance is the one who cooks and he is really good at it! :) We haven't started the courses yet. The main idea is that while you enjoy delicious food, you will also learn how to cook them by yourselves and meet new people, (and practise your Turkish :)). I'm wondering how it sounds for you. Would you like to join such an activity? :) Your thoughts and comments will help us a lot about improving our project and making it real asap :)
