Looking for a Betty Draper-like dress for MM party (Istanbul)

As I've been scouring the city for a dress for the IN Mad Men party this Saturday, I've had difficulty finding one like the style Betty Draper usually wears on the show - cinched at the waist with a really flared skirt. I found a few ideas at Koton and Mango, but not quite the same. Any shop recommendations?

Are there any good vintage shops in Istanbul for this type of attire? I have to think there's a shop somewhere in Beyoglu. =)
