martıal arts and sports center (Istanbul)

Dear all members.
How are you?

I'm living near Gayrettepe metro station, sisli, istanbul
and go to the gym in Astoria.
it will be expired at the end of august and looking for another place to go.

However, I'd love to learn martial arts, like MMA, russian sambo or kick boxing
do you know any place to learn??

Or anyone know good gym?
My place is good but too much crowded and quite expensive to foreigners.
(it's different price to every people which I don't like.)
