Moving to Istanbul in 3 months. Need help!

Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing good and that you're having a fantastic week so far. I relocated from Canada to Morocco 2 years ago and now in 3 months I will relocate to Turkey to start a new life there with my partner. I have a few questions for the expats and the turks here. I'm a 27 y.o Canadian and I'm HSE professional , I speak fluently English, French, Spanish and Arabic and I'm doing all I can to learn Turkish ASAP. I'm very scared of not being able to find a job and start my career... I would love to work as an HSE, but I'm still open to other positions. Anyway, I would really love to have your input as per my profile and language skills and if you guys think I could easily fit in the work market and how much could I expect. I don't know if 3 months is too soon to start contacting businesses or not? Should I mainly target international multinationals? Thank you so much for your time and help!!!
