Need a new Smart Phone (Istanbul)

Hi everyone :)

I wanted to ask everyone's opinion on the next smart phone I should buy. (I had a samsung s2, loved it, had a great video mode and was an all round good phone, but I broke it :( )
I'm looking for something that has at least 8MP camera, can shoot HD video and is not the S2,S3 or Iphone.....

What Smart phone do you have? and why would you recommend it?
