New Years Bosphorus Cruise - Info Req'd (Istanbul)

I am hoping to take my wife on a Bosphorus Cruise for New Years but all of the websites I've seen so far all appear to be re-sellers of the same event aimed at tourists (I assume this as they all offer hotel transfers). Does anyone know of the original cruise company who provide this event so that I might be able to get a cheaper non tourist no hotel transfer deal.

If anyone else is also interested in doing this please let me know
