Nice Breakfast/brunch locations (Istanbul)

Dear İnternations Community,

İ am relatively new to İstanbul and İ am looking for a nice brunch /breakfast place, if possible located in a graden or with sea view?

İ would also like to receive your experience with hotel brunchs, given that they all have a ceratin price tage, İ do not want to try all of them out before İ find the nice spot.

And one more thing, can you recommend the brunch at assk cafe on sundays? I have only tried there normal breakfast menu (yummy..though) yet.
