Nüfus Müdürlüğü registering my change of residence (Istanbul)

Hi, does anyone have more information about registering my change of address with the government? I have my residency permit, however, I have moved and am aware that I need to notify the Nüfüs Müdürlüğü within 30 days of my move or risk getting fined substantially.

I have been told that I need to get my apartment contract notarized, take that and a photo plus my residency permit and passport to the Nüfüs Müdürlüğü and they will give me a İkametgah which is a proof of where I now live. I can't figure anything out about the Nüfus Müdürlüğü office that I need to go to for Florya/Bakirkoy via their website!

Does anyone have any more information about this ? how complicated is this? how long it takes with the gov't? and, especially where I need to go to find the Nüfus Müdürlüğü??
