PayPal stopping operations in Turkey (Istanbul)

Hi all, i just received an email this morning stating that Paypal will stop its operations in Turkey effective from 6th June Protected content . (In a week!)
According to this announcement, Turkish paypal users will not be able to send or receive payments. The whole announcement is available here (in Turkish):

So if you have a TURKISH paypal account with funds in it, please move it out asap!
