Privathaftpflichtversicherung / private liability (Istanbul)

How and where can I get a private liability insurance?It seems, Turkey doesn't have such products?! In a case they pay the compensation for damages themselves. I also go often to Switzerland and without having such an insurance I feel quite uncomfortable.
Can anyone help me?
