Question about visa and registartion process (Istanbul)

Hello guys İ am married to a Turkish citizen and İ have been living in İstanbul for almost two months , next Monday İ am supposed to register myself in the foreign police office for the first time after that E Randevu reservation process ect... the thing that İ am not sure whether we need to go to our regional foreign office ( Kartal , Asian part) or the one in the EU part , we tried to ask via phone but no success any clues please ?
