Is it possible to apply for the residence permit while outside Turkey and then arrive for the appointment? Has anyone done this?
I was told of a new law that you must stay at a hotel and cannot enter a rental contract before receiving Ikamet? (This was news from a Russian forum.) Does anyone know if this is true?
