Residence permit for student Experience ! (Istanbul)

Hello folks :)
Is there anyone of you that can give some details about the process of taking the residence permit for STUDENT ?
I already made my app online and went to my meeting day and there they said they will come to my university next month to review it ... Can anyone tell me if the address proof is needed? i am living with a turkish friend, my name is not in the contract but when we went to a local gov place to say like i live with her so i can take an official paper they said i need a TC number ( the one i will get after i get my residence permit ).

For the address they didnt mention on the documents that they may need on the application form!
and about bank i still cant open an account in here ... they all ask for my turkish foreigner number ...
SO i got stuck in here again :D
Nothing without foreigner number ( TC kimlik numarasi )
So ... if anyone had experienced this lately .. please share you experience with us :)
