Residence permit ok, now the motorcycle ! (Istanbul)

Hello folks,
In the summer nothing is better than riding a motorcycle, so I am thinking to bring here my suzuki.
My question is: now that I have a residence permit, can also my italian motorcycle "live" in Istanbul ?
Is the italian plate allowed to stay ?
Does anybody knows ?
